At Miniminks, every order is packed with care so your little one’s outfit arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Eligible in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed from the next working day. During festivals, sales or exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the destination pincode, courier availability and local service conditions.

Where available, enter your pincode on the product page to view an approximate delivery estimate. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change because of courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,499 or more.
A ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,499.
Any applicable COD charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

Miniminks accepts prepaid online payments and eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, product eligibility and verification requirements. A valid and reachable phone number is required for COD orders.

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled. Payment for COD orders is collected at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp where available.

You can also visit our Track Your Order page and use the Order ID or AWB shared after dispatch.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability or circumstances outside our control.

Miniminks will provide reasonable assistance if there is a significant delay, but courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Address and Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete delivery address, correct pincode and reachable phone number when placing your order.

Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or a refused delivery, subject to the circumstances of the order.
