View Orders in Your Account

If you used a customer account, sign in with the email address connected to your order to view its status without entering an Order ID or courier tracking number.

Checked out as a guest? Open your order confirmation or shipping email and select View your order.

Track a Dispatched Shipment

After dispatch, use the Order ID or AWB (courier tracking number) shared in your shipping confirmation to view shipment updates through Shiprocket.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Tracking may become active after the courier scans the shipment, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
