Choose the right kids clothing size

Start with the product’s available sizes
Check the size options on the product page, then open the Miniminks Size Guide. Use a soft measuring tape and take measurements over light clothing or directly on the body.
Take the key measurements
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
- Top or kurta length: measure from the highest shoulder point to the preferred hem.
- Bottom length: measure from the waist to the preferred trouser, pyjama, palazzo, or skirt hem.
Write the measurements down in centimetres or inches and compare like with like. Do not compare a body measurement with a garment measurement unless the chart clearly explains which one is being shown.
Think about the intended fit
Nightwear should allow easy movement while sleeping. Ethnic wear may need comfortable room for sitting, walking, and celebrating. If your child is between two sizes, choosing the larger size is usually the more comfortable option, but the product’s cut and fabric still matter.
